Motion Build
$8,000–$12,000
per month, 3-month minimum
We design the motion and the hiring plan. We install it. We train the first hire. We exit cleanly.

Motion + Coaching
$12,000–$18,000
per month, 3-month minimum
Everything in Light, plus 3 months of part-time coaching for the first AE or SDR after handoff. Co-present on the first 5 deals end-to-end.

Full-Cycle Interim
$20,000–$30,000
per month, 6-month minimum
We design and run the motion ourselves, including closing deals on your behalf, until the in-house team is hired and ramped.
What's added
- Outbound execution: target list, sequences, replies
- Inbound execution: discovery, demos, proposals, close
- Deal management end-to-end on every opportunity
- Hand-off to the in-house leader when ready
Retainer + 8% of closed ARR (one-time per deal, applied to first 12 months ARR, capped per quarter). Equity component negotiable.
Why no per-SQL fee in Light and Standard
The SQL is produced by the motion we built. We deliver the motion, not the SQLs. If we charged per SQL, we would be on the hook for your hiring quality, your reply rates, your product-market fit, your brand strength, none of which we control.
If you want per-SQL pricing on outbound, the right answer is to hire an outbound agency. We do not compete in that segment.
Why a success fee in Deep
In Deep, we are closing deals ourselves. Closed revenue is the outcome we are accountable for. A retainer alone underprices the value when the motion works, and overprices it when the market is hard. The success fee aligns incentives without making the entire engagement contingent. We cap it per quarter to prevent runaway variability.
