The GTM Diagnostic Sprint.
Two weeks. A flat fee. Real artifacts. The fastest way to find out whether we are the right partner for your next phase of GTM.
What you get
-
Positioning audit
We sit through your current pitch, deck, and discovery calls. We name what's unclear, what's commoditised, and what's working. Output: a written audit with specific recommended edits.
-
ICP review with named-account exemplars
Your ICP on paper versus your ICP in revenue. Where they match, where they don't, and a list of 30 named accounts that fit the corrected version.
-
Sales motion gap analysis
Outbound, inbound, founder-led, partner-led, product-led. Which combination you should be running for your stage, and where the gaps are between intent and execution. Includes recommended tooling stack adjustments.
-
Hiring sequence recommendation
The next two GTM hires, in priority order. Role definitions, comp ranges, interview rubric. If we recommend not hiring yet, we tell you that too.
How the two weeks run
- Week 1, day 1
90-minute kickoff
We meet with you and any GTM leadership. Review pipeline, recent deals, current motion, your understanding of the gaps.
- Week 1, days 2 to 5
Quiet observation
We sit in on 3 sales calls, review CRM data, read prior decks and proposals. No prescriptions yet. Just listening.
- Week 2, days 6 to 9
Draft and review
We write the audit. A 60-minute review session mid-week to test the recommendations against your knowledge of the business.
- Week 2, day 10
Final delivery
90-minute working session to walk through the final audit, ICP refinement, motion gap analysis, and hiring plan. You leave with all four artifacts.
If you continue with us
The full $5,000 Sprint fee applies as a credit toward the first month of a Light, Standard, or Deep engagement (see GTM pricing). You also keep the artifacts either way.
If you don't
You walk away with the audit, the ICP refinement, the motion gap analysis, and the hiring sequence. They are yours. Use them with someone else if you'd like. No long-term commitment, no follow-up sales motion from us.
