We are accepting three founding clients in each practice through Q4 2026. The deal is straightforward: you get materially better pricing on the first engagement, we get the case study and the warm introductions that come with being the first to bet on us.

GTM founding offer

20% off the first 3 months

Founding GTM clients get 20% off the monthly retainer for the first three months of any tier. Deep-tier founders additionally get the success fee reduced from 8% to 5% for the duration of the first engagement.

Translates to ~$5,000-$15,000 in savings over the engagement, depending on tier.

Recruiting founding offer

Engagement-only pricing on the first search

Founding recruiting clients pay only the $4,000 per-role setup fee. The per-IQC fees on the first search are waived, up to the 6-IQC cap.

Translates to $14,000-$30,000 in waived per-IQC fees, depending on the comp band.

What we ask in return

  • 01 A named case study and short testimonial published 90 days after the engagement (or month 6 of the engagement, whichever comes first). We work with you on the wording; nothing goes public without your sign-off.
  • 02 Two warm introductions to relevant peers in your network after the engagement closes.
  • 03 Future re-engagements at standard rates.

Who fits

We will be deliberate about which three logos qualify in each practice. The right founding clients are:

  • Post-PMF, Seed to Series B, headquartered in the US, UK, Germany, or Switzerland.
  • Building products with credible AI/ML applications or strong B2B software fundamentals.
  • Founder is the buyer and is willing to be involved in the engagement.
  • Open to a named case study in writing or video format after completion.
  • Has a network we can be warmly introduced into after we deliver.

Offer expires once three founding clients are signed in each practice, or by Q4 2026, whichever is first.
