I lead the AI/ML engineering search practice at The Align Works. My focus is the senior engineering talent who do not browse job boards: Staff engineers, Principal engineers, technical leads, and CTO-track operators who choose startups over big tech for the chance to actually build.

Over the last eleven years, I have run technical hiring inside fast-growing AI startups, mid-stage technology firms, and global services companies. My most recent engagement reduced time-to-hire from 23 days to 6 through a combination of passive-candidate strategy and automation-led pipelines.

I do not run job-board funnels. I do not work contingent on senior roles. I work the candidates who are not looking, who need a reason to leave, and who become the most loyal hires in your company because you earned them.

Built automation-led talent pipelines using Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, n8n, and Make. Multi-source enrichment workflows and automated screening reduced average time-to-hire from 23 days to 6.

Owned end-to-end HR and recruitment for the company. Full-cycle recruitment across tech and offshore development roles. Key contributor to ISO certification processes. Direct collaboration with founders, managers, and clients.
